Logiflow

Logiflow replaces separate web portals with one application whose navigation and permissions follow the signed-in role. Administrators oversee the platform, sellers manage orders and shipments, and couriers coordinate hubs, riders and delivery routes.

The live deployment runs the single-app branch. Public tracking is available without staff sign-in; operational records are scoped by organization and role in the Laravel API. The gallery captures the actual public sign-in and tracking screens, not private dashboard records.

Next.js provides the shared workspace and typed API client. Laravel owns shipment transitions, courier pricing, financial rules and access checks; PostgreSQL persists operations, and Redis/Reverb provide background-work and realtime infrastructure.

Orders become shipments through courier quotes and assignments. Delivery moves through explicit lifecycle stages with events and printable labels; hub scans, rider coordination, route planning, returns and support connect the warehouse-to-door workflow.

Repository-verified areas include orders and CSV import; shipment search, detail and labels; courier quotes and pricing contracts; courier connections; hubs, warehouses, zones and vehicles; rider and route operations; public tracking; returns; customer records; COD ledger, settlements and payouts; notifications; documents; analytics, risk and fraud signals; user administration and audit history.

The repository also implements a role-scoped AI assistant with confirmation-gated operations tools. External AI, courier APIs, maps and messaging depend on provider configuration; code support does not guarantee live third-party availability. No mobile build is hosted. Screenshots were captured from the live web demo on 6 October 2026; authenticated operations were not revalidated during this portfolio capture.
