Information you provide
Contact enquiries include your name, email address and message, plus any project details you choose to share. Booking requests include your name, email, topic, requested date and time. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Shiki Code Studio uses these details to reply to enquiries, arrange discussions and manage project communication. Contact messages and booking requests are stored in the studio database and can be viewed through the owner dashboard.
Service providers and external links
Form details may also be sent through Web3Forms for email delivery. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Project links and video embeds lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies. Opening an embedded video may send information to its provider.
Cookies, preferences and analytics
The owner area uses session cookies for authentication. Your browser may store theme, color and motion preferences locally. If enabled, Plausible Analytics is used for site usage measurement. The website does not require an account for public browsing.
Retention and requests
Enquiry and booking information is kept for managing communication and related business records. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact the studio using the address below. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or applicable obligations.
