Fluid Sakura Swarms
Detecting local season — Haru
A university management web platform linking admissions, registration, teaching, student records, finance and campus services through role-based access.

Academis connects administration and academic work around a shared institutional record. Students, faculty, registrars and administrators enter through one sign-in screen, then reach the workspace allowed by their university-issued account.
Public admissions sit alongside authenticated academic and administrative areas. The gallery documents the live university sign-in, admissions and applicant-account screens; it does not present private student records or claim to show an authenticated dashboard.
Next.js renders the web experience while Laravel governs academic workflows and permissions. PostgreSQL stores records; Redis and Reverb support background work and realtime infrastructure without exposing database ports.
Departments, programs, semesters, courses, sections, classrooms and timetables form the academic structure. Registration, attendance, assessment and grade workflows connect it to student schedules, course workspaces and degree progress.
Repository-verified modules include admissions and applicant accounts; catalogues and registration controls; student/faculty course workspaces; assignments, quizzes and gradebooks; grades, transcripts, examinations and advising; invoices, payments, receipts, financial holds and aid; notifications; library, hostel and transport interfaces; staff records, HR/payroll, clearance, graduation, reporting and oversight.
Only the web application is hosted. Payment, email and institutional integrations need configuration before operational use. Screenshots were captured from the live demonstration on 6 October 2026; authenticated academic workflows were not revalidated during this portfolio capture.
